When the company revises the personal information processing policy, it will be shared within the service or through the information page on the website or other easy-to-understand methods at least 7 days before the revision. - The company may automatically generate and collect the following information in the course of service use or business processing.

·      IP address, date and time of visit, service use record, bad use record, app installation information, consultation history, other information collected in the course of using the service below, text and information voluntarily entered by members for service use, etc.

2. Purpose of collection and use of personal information

 

The company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

Account connection and invitation of the other party through the connection means set by the user, such as name identification in the Memo:Re service that the user has signed up for, e-mail/Facebook, etc.

 

(2) Member management

Provision of membership service, member identification, prevention of illegal use and unauthorized use of bad members (members whose use is restricted according to the terms of service), confirmation of intent to join, preservation of records for dispute settlement, complaint handling, complaint handling, and delivery of notices

 

(3) Use for marketing and advertising (when consenting to receiving marketing information)

Provision of event participation opportunities or advertising information when marketing and advertising are applied to services in the future

 

 

3. Sharing and Provision of Personal Information

Except for the above purposes, we do not use the personal information beyond the scope notified in "2. Purpose of collection and use of personal information" without the user's prior consent, or disclose or sell the user's personal information to the outside in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

When the company provides users' personal information to a third party, the company has the right to refuse consent to the person who is provided to the user in advance, the purpose of use of the recipient, the items of personal information provided, the period of retention and use of personal information, and the consent of the recipient. Personal information provided to affiliated services is limited to information necessary to provide services, such as user name, profile picture, and anniversary information. 4. Retention and use period of personal information

 

The company will retain and use the user's personal information only for the period of providing the service from the user's subscription date. In principle, the user's personal information will be destroyed without delay when withdrawal or account deletion or achievement of the purpose of collection and use of personal information is completed. For various destruction policies related to other connection parties, the terms and conditions or notices at the time of disconnection shall apply. On the other hand, records of illegal use are kept for one year (for the purpose of preventing re-registration). 5. Personal information destruction procedures and methods

 

In principle, users' personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. The company's personal information destruction procedures and methods are as follows.

The information entered by the user for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period according to the information protection reasons according to internal policies and other related laws (refer to retention and use period), and then destroyed.

 

This personal information will not be used for any other purpose other than being retained unless it is required by law.

 

(2) Destruction method

The company does not knowingly collect or request information from children under the age of 14 without parental consent, and does not recommend the use of the Memo:Re app for such children. If it is determined that the information of a child under the age of 14 has been registered with the company without parental consent and you believe it is unnecessary, please send an e-mail to the administrator for personal information and account deletion.

 

Users have a duty to protect themselves and not to infringe on the information of others along with the right to be protected. Users must be careful not to leak their personal information and be careful not to damage other people's personal information, including postings. If a user fails to fulfill these responsibilities and damages the personal information and dignity of others, he/she may be punished according to the relevant laws.

 

 

7. Measures for technical/administrative protection of personal information

 

The Memo:Re service is a communication service that aims to help slow the progression of dementia using family-centered reminiscence therapy. In addition, all photos, voices, and videos uploaded by users to the service app for the above purposes belong to the user only and are operated as a private service that only the user and the person invited to the service can check.

 

The company is taking the following technical/administrative measures to ensure safety so that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged in processing users' personal information.

 

The company is doing its best to prevent the leakage or damage of members' personal information by hacking or computer viruses. We use the latest security patches and firewalls on the server side to prevent leakage or damage to users' personal information or data, and enable secure transmission of personal information over the network through encrypted communication, etc.

 

In addition, the number of employees who handle personal information-related tasks of the company is limited to the person in charge, and we intend to comply with the Memo:Re privacy policy through training for the person in charge.

 

However, the company is not responsible for any problems caused by the leakage of personal information such as ID and password due to the user's negligence or problems on the Internet.
