Protection Act, and Telecommunications Business Act. We are doing our

informs you of the purpose and method of using the personal
information provided by users and what measures are being taken to
protect personal information. The company discloses this personal
information processing policy on its website (www.memoreapp.com) so
that users can easily check it.
When the company revises the personal information processing policy,
it will be shared within the service or through the information page
on the website or other easy-to-understand methods at least 7 days
before the revision. In addition, we will notify you at least 30 days
in advance if there is a significant change in user rights, such as
collection and use of personal information or provision to a third
party.

Except for the above purposes, we do not use the personal information
beyond the scope notified in "2. Purpose of collection and use of
personal information" without the user's prior
consent, or disclose or sell the user's
personal information to the outside in principle. However, exceptions
are made in the following cases.

When the company provides users' personal information to a third
party, the company has the right to refuse consent to the person who
is provided to the user in advance, the purpose of use of the
recipient, the items of personal information provided, the period of

refusal of consent through e-mail or in writing, consent is sought.
Personal information provided to affiliated services is limited to
information necessary to provide services, such as

4. Retention and use period of personal information
The company will retain and use the user's personal information only
for the period of providing the service from the user's subscription
date. In principle, the user's personal information will be destroyed
without delay when withdrawal or account deletion or achievement of
the purpose of collection and use of personal information is
completed. For various destruction policies related to other
connection parties, the terms and conditions or notices at the time of

5. Personal information destruction procedures and methods
In principle, users' personal information is destroyed without delay
when the purpose of collection and use of personal information is
achieved. The company's personal information destruction procedures
and methods are as follows.

is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved, stored
for a certain period according to the information protection reasons

The company does not knowingly collect or request information from
children under the age of 14 without parental consent, and does not
recommend the use of the
Memo:Re app for
such children. If it is determined that the information of a child
under the age of 14 has been registered with the company without
parental consent and you believe it is unnecessary, please send an
e-mail to the administrator for personal information and account
deletion.
Users have a duty to protect themselves and not to infringe on the
information of others along with the right to be protected. Users must
be careful not to leak their personal information and be careful not
to damage other people's personal information, including postings. If
a user fails to fulfill these responsibilities and damages the
personal information and dignity of others, he/she may be punished
according to the relevant laws.
7. Measures for technical/administrative protection of personal
information

photos, voices, and videos uploaded by users to the service app for

private service that only the user and the person invited to the

leaked, altered, or damaged in processing users' personal
information.
The company is doing its best to prevent the leakage or damage of
members' personal information by hacking or computer viruses. We use
the latest security patches and firewalls on the server side to
prevent leakage or damage to users' personal information or data, and
enable secure transmission of personal information over the network
through encrypted communication, etc.
In addition, the number of employees who handle personal
information-related tasks of the company is limited to the person in
charge, and we intend to comply with the

However, the company is not responsible for any problems caused by
the leakage of personal information such as ID and password due to the
user's negligence or problems on the Internet.

the company website, 'Notice' in the service or other
easy-to-understand methods at least 7 days before the revision.
